Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using teedeesrentals.com, submitting a rental application, or signing a Teedees Rentals vehicle rental agreement, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid unexpired driver's license, and pass our review process. We may decline any application at our discretion.

3. Rental agreement controls

The signed vehicle rental agreement governs the rental itself — payment amounts, deposits, mileage, permitted use, insurance responsibility, and return conditions. Where these Terms conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Payments

Rental payments are due on the schedule stated in your agreement. Payments may be made through the payment options we provide (such as Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay). Late or missed payments may result in late fees and repossession of the vehicle as described in your agreement.

5. Text message (SMS) terms

• By providing your mobile number and separately checking the optional SMS consent box on our rental agreement or application form, you agree to receive recurring payment reminders and account/service text messages from Teedees Rentals, including messages sent using an automated system.
• Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per month per active rental.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@tdfllc.org.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a vehicle from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Website use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload documents that are not your own. Site content is the property of Teedees Rentals.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teedees Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our messaging notifications, including any missed, delayed, or undelivered message.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
