• Identity and eligibility documents you upload, such as your driver's license and (optionally) insurance information.
• Rental details: agreement terms, vehicle assigned, payment amounts and due dates.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and timestamps recorded when you sign an agreement.

3. How we use your information

• To verify eligibility and process your rental application.
• To prepare, deliver and store your signed rental agreement.
• To send payment reminders, receipts and service notifications by text message and email.
• To comply with legal, insurance and law-enforcement obligations.

4. SMS / text message policy

If you provide your mobile number and consent, Teedees Rentals will send you rental payment reminders and account or service notifications by text message.

• Message frequency: recurring, typically 1–4 messages per month (generally one weekly payment reminder per active rental).
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@tdfllc.org.
• Mobile information and messaging consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, opt-in data, or messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share non-mobile account and rental information with service providers who help us operate the business (secure hosting and database storage, email delivery, and payment processing) and with insurers, law enforcement, or government agencies where required by law or in connection with a claim or accident. These service providers do not receive your mobile phone number or SMS consent data.

6. Data security and retention

Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are viewable only by authorized Teedees Rentals staff. We retain records for as long as needed to operate the rental relationship and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@tdfllc.org. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
